Embroidery

The definition of embroidery is the art of working raised and ornamental designs in threads of silk, cotton, gold, silver, or other material, upon any woven fabric, leather, paper, etc., with a needle. In our case, many needles.

For a design to be embroidered onto a garment, a “sew-file” must be created. This process is called digitizing. Once the sew-file is created, a few adjustments are made to the design by our expert staff to ensure a quality sew out, and then the design is transferred to the embroidery machine. Once transferred, proper thread colors are selected and the magic begins. Everyone that stops by our shop is fascinated by the process.

Most embroidered designs are sized for left chest or cap front but we can do designs much larger than that if needed.
